We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for developing designs for products and product components,and for creating and updating models, drawings and documentation.


Design road maintenance equipment, and complex mechanical components

Use research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, mathematical modelling and computer-aided design

Create and maintain Bill of Materials

Create and maintain release packages and design history files

Validate engineering designs by testing protocols and analyzing statistical data

Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards & legislation

Ensure designs can be manufactured reliably by working with production

Ensure products perform consistently in specified operating environments and are safe and efficient

Design improvements to current products and modifications following prototype tests

Create and refine part and assembly drawings

Produce detailed specifications

Solve complex problems in conjunction with production, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers

Create instructions for installation of update kits

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques

Design and develop machine tools and jigs for use by production

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, methods, tools and systems.


Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Licensed Professional Engineer

Five years of relevant experience with preference to applicant experienced in automobiles or construction and agricultural machinery

Skilled in use of design software, including Autodesk Inventor and/or Solid works

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong written and verbal skills

High level of organizational and time management skills


We are seeking an Assembly and Service Technician who will have a key role in building and servicing our Python Pothole Patchers. The Assembly and Service Technician is responsible for creating accurate product and jig drawings, assembling products, training customers in the operation and maintenance of products and diagnosing and repairing customers’ units.

To ensure a solid understanding of the product, the successful applicant will spend the first 6 months assembling products on the shop floor.


Schedule parts delivery, assemble into kits and deliver to production line on schedule

Count and sort inventory and manage inventory status list

Report expected parts shortages

Monitor maintenance parts inventory

Operate forklift

Create product drawings

Assist in assembly of units

Diagnose and repair units in shop and on-the-road, including:

- Electrical and hydaulic

- Cooling and lubrication systems

- Transmissions, drive trains

- Cable-operated attachments, winches, compressors, pumps, electric generators

- Hydraulic pumps, safety valves and other mechanical components

Install new and add-on equipment

Perform test drives on newly-manufactured products

Maintain demo unit

Maintain customer database

Train customers on operation and maintenance

Update manuals

Assess warranty claims


Two-year mechanics diploma, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Three or more years of work experience in a related position. Preference to applicant experienced in automobile, heavy equipment or agricultural machinery

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills

Ability to travel to customer sites for service

Valid driver’s license and current passport



We are seeking a Materials Purchaser to oversee the acquisition of materials needed for production and parts supply, and maintain an optimum level of inventory through planning and forecasting.  


Organize, sort, control and evaluate purchasing activities

Become familiar with common parts to ensure order accuracy

Seek and maintain good relationships with vendors. Negotiate to get the best value, price and lead times

Prepare and administer bids, requests for quotes, requests for proposal, requests for information, and other documentation 

Inspect delivered parts and match to packing list

Authorize payment of vendor invoices

Place purchase orders, ensuring flow of inventory that guarantees optimum stock levels and meets turnover goals

Analyze inventory needs by working with production and R&D departments

Manage inventory control, ensuring proper storage of parts and maintaining efficient systems for controlling inventory flow

Make alternate arrangements during inventory shortages or delayed deliveries to minimize impact

Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact suppliers to resolve issues

Research markets to source optimal suppliers

Maintain a positive work environment through recognition and regular feedback

Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, product quality and safety standards


A two-year diploma program in a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

Five years of experience in purchasing

Superior negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of accounting software, purchasing and CRM software

Experienced with Microsoft Office

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Seft-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team
